Job summary

Guidehouse seeks a Power Platform Developer and Innovation Specialist to support a federal DOW client in modernizing front-office processes. You will design and build the document management architecture, automated workflows, AI configurations, and data capabilities across Microsoft 365 and Power Platform within a lean, agile team.

Role requires hands-on experience with Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Power Automate end-to-end, plus SharePoint configuration and RBAC.

Qualifications

• Six+ years of professional experience.
• Two+ years delivering Power Platform solutions.
• Active SECRET clearance and US citizenship.
• Able to commute to the client site up to 4x/week.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience building Canvas Apps, Model Driven Apps, and Power Automate end-to-end.
• Experience configuring SharePoint as a structured document repository.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain Power Automate workflows for inbox-driven tasks and multi-step approvals.
• Automate document detection, ingestion, and summarization into SharePoint for centralized knowledge.
• Design and configure SharePoint as a centralized repository for documents and records.
• Build intake tools using Microsoft Forms or Canvas Apps for standardized capture and routing.
• Develop Canvas Apps with guided workflows and embedded automation.
• Connect Canvas Apps to Dataverse, SharePoint, and third‑party data sources via connectors and APIs.
• Implement RBAC, row-level security, and table permissions.
• Configure AI Builder, Copilot Studio, or Azure AI to support predictive task modeling and document summarization.
• Support integration of Power BI dashboards for executive visibility.
