Jobgether is seeking a Senior Power Apps/Power BI Developer based in the United States to architect and deliver enterprise-scale Power Platform solutions for federal programs. This fully remote role focuses on transforming complex datasets into reliable, accessible insights while meeting security and usability standards for large user bases.

You will lead design, development, and governance, mentor teammates, and collaborate with product owners, data engineers, and stakeholders to drive

Qualifications

• 7+ years in application development, reporting, or BI.
• 4+ years building Power Apps.
• 4+ years building Power BI reports/dashboards.
• Advanced proficiency in DAX, Power Query, and enterprise data modeling.
• Strong SQL Server, T‑SQL, SSMS skills and query tuning.
• Experience with Power BI data gateways and refresh strategies.
• Experience designing row-level security and access models.
• 3+ years in Agile environments.

Responsabilités

• Lead design, architecture, and ongoing improvement of Power Platform apps and BI solutions.
• Develop Power Apps UI for enterprise systems hosted in Azure.
• Architect Power BI data models, reports, and executive dashboards.
• Create regional and national reporting solutions using dashboards and maps.
• Oversee data integration with SQL Server and data warehouses.
• Manage data gateway configurations and refresh strategies.
• Implement RBAC and accessibility compliance (Section 508).
• Mentor junior/mid-level developers and analysts.
