Job summary

ADAMA Professional Solutions (APS) seeks a remote Senior BI/Applications Developer to design and maintain scalable business apps using Power Apps and Power Automate. You will design back-end data sources with SQL, build Power BI dashboards, and extend automation with Python.

You will collaborate with stakeholders across departments, ensure data governance, and integrate solutions with Microsoft 365 tools. 3+ years in similar roles preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in CS/IS or related field.
• 3+ years in a business environment.
• 2+ years with Power BI, Tableau, or similar software.
• Proven experience building apps with Power Apps and Power Automate.
• Strong SQL skills: complex queries, views, stored procedures, joins, CTEs, window functions, aggregations.
• Strong troubleshooting and data governance understanding.
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement; experience supporting Commercial Ops.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps applications to support business processes.
• Build intuitive UIs and robust app logic for approvals and decisions.
• Implement security, permissions, and role-based access controls for data governance.
• Manage application lifecycle: development, testing, deployment, training, support.
• Create Power Automate flows to automate repetitive tasks and enable Power Apps functionality.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365 tools and enterprise systems.
• Monitor automation reliability and improve workflow performance.
• Adopt Python and other languages to expand capabilities and integration.
