Job summary

LCG, Inc. is seeking a Power Platform Solution Architect / Senior Developer to lead assessment, design, and modernization of enterprise apps on the Power Platform.

The role blends hands-on development with architectural guidance to deliver scalable Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse solutions that boost business processes and user adoption. The ideal candidate will mentor developers, set development standards, and collaborate with stakeholders to implement secure data models,

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise application development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Developer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Power Platform Architect.
• Strong hands-on coding with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integrations and enterprise-scale design.
• Experience designing Power Platform solutions from concept to implementation.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and enterprise systems.
• Proficient in Git, Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD processes.

Responsibilities

• Assess and modernize the existing Power Platform environment to enable scalable architectures.
• Develop current-state and future-state architectures aligned with business objectives.
• Provide architectural guidance while actively contributing to development.
• Design secure data models, business rules, and environment management.
• Create REST API integrations and custom connectors for enterprise systems.
• Mentor developers and establish development standards and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business processes into robust Power Apps workflows.
• Lead in UI/UX design for intuitive, user-friendly Power Apps interfaces.
