Job summary

Partner Company is seeking a Power Platform Architect to lead modernization efforts within the United States, focusing on Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and 365. The role blends hands-on solution design with technical leadership and governance responsibilities.

Responsibilities include architecting secure, scalable solutions, developing Power Apps/Power Automate, dashboards, and enterprise integrations, while mentoring teams and guiding roadmaps.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 years designing and leading enterprise solutions with SharePoint Online, Power Platform, and 365.
• Experience as a technical lead or solution architect on enterprise digital transformations.
• Active Secret clearance is required.
• Proven ability to design Power Apps and Power Automate workflows and integrate Salesforce.
• Solid MS 365 and SharePoint Online architecture/implementation experience.
• Experience building dashboards and analytics with Power BI or Tableau.
• Strong project leadership: SOWs, requirements, and delivery oversight.
• Excellent communication to technical and executive audiences.
• Mentor teams and establish development standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead modernization initiatives by transforming processes into secure, automated solutions.
• Architect and optimize solutions across SharePoint Online, Power Platform, 365, and Salesforce.
• Design and implement Power Apps and Power Automate workflows and enterprise integrations.
• Develop executive dashboards and analytics using Power BI, Tableau, or Salesforce.
• Define technical requirements, SOWs, roadmaps, and solution specifications with governance alignment.
• Provide technical leadership and architectural oversight throughout delivery.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate needs into digital solutions.
• Mentor professionals and promote standards and best practices.
• Support information architecture, data governance, and integration strategies.
• Stay current with Microsoft technologies and identify opportunities for automation.
