Job summary

LCG is seeking a Power Platform Solution Architect / Senior Developer to assess, design, develop, and modernize enterprise applications on Power Platform. The role blends architecture leadership with hands-on development of Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse, while guiding modernization and governance across projects.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise application development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience.
• Demonstrated experience as a Senior Developer, Tech Lead, Solution Architect, or Power Platform Architect.
• Strong hands-on coding with Power Apps (Canvas and Model-Driven), Power Automate, and Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience designing end-to-end Power Platform solutions and integrating with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and enterprise systems.
• Knowledge of architecture, security, authentication, and RBAC.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD.
• Ability to quickly evaluate environments and provide practical architectural recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess and modernize the Power Platform environment to support scalability and long-term goals.
• Develop current-state and future-state architectures with hands-on development involvement.
• Provide architectural guidance and establish development standards.
• Review applications and recommend modernization strategies for legacy solutions.
• Create architecture diagrams, designs, implementation recommendations, and documentation.
• Mentor developers and establish best practices.
