Job summary

LCG is seeking a Power Platform Solution Architect / Senior Developer to assess, design, and modernize enterprise applications built on Microsoft Power Platform. The role combines hands-on development with architectural leadership to deliver scalable Power Apps and automations.

You will collaborate with stakeholders and developers to establish standards, drive modernization, and implement practical architectural recommendations for immediate impact.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of enterprise application development experience.
• 5+ years of hands-on Power Platform development experience.
• Demonstrated experience serving as a Senior Developer, Technical Lead, Solution Architect, or Power Platform Architect.
• Strong hands-on coding experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft 365 integrations.
• Experience designing enterprise Power Platform solutions from concept through implementation.
• Experience integrating Power Platform with REST APIs, Microsoft Graph, Azure services, and enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of application architecture, security, authentication, and role-based access.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, source control, and CI/CD.
• Ability to quickly evaluate existing environments and deliver practical architectural recommendations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Assess the existing Power Platform environment and identify modernization opportunities.
• Develop current-state and future-state solution architectures for scalable, maintainable business objectives.
• Provide architectural guidance while actively coding and delivering solutions.
• Review applications and recommend modernization strategies for legacy solutions.
• Produce architecture diagrams, technical designs, implementation recommendations, and knowledge transfer docs.
• Mentor developers and establish development standards and best practices.
