Job summary
Ford Motor Company is seeking a Senior Power Management and Systems Architect to shape the architecture and long-term strategy for vehicle power management platforms. You will own end-to-end Powernet architecture, collaborating with software, hardware, and cross-functional teams to enable scalable, safe, and innovative power solutions across Ford's Retail, Commercial, and Ford Pro segments.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- 10+ years engineering experience with systems architecture or power/electrical systems.
- Proven track record delivering platform architectures decoupled from hardware.
Responsibilities
- Define architecture strategy for scalable Powernet platforms across vehicle programs.
- Partner with cross-functional teams to translate platform goals into High-Level Designs and requirements.
- Drive safety considerations, ASIL compliance, and functional safety assessments for power systems.
- Lead modernization of systems engineering with AI-enabled tools and rapid prototyping.
