Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science, electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years hands‑on networking experience including wireless engineering and campus networks.
• Deep knowledge of best‑in‑class network architectures and configuration standards.
• Proven ability to troubleshoot complex network issues quickly and effectively.
• Experience driving automation initiatives that improve network health and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Define, document, and maintain Ford's global network standards for wireless and campus networks.
• Establish and govern configuration standards across global environments.
• Serve as escalation point for complex wireless and campus issues.
• Drive automation strategy to reduce manual intervention and improve efficiency.
• Provide leadership to move from reactive to proactive, standards‑driven management.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure global adoption of standards.
• Stay current with emerging networking tech and best practices.
• Mentor engineers and share best practices across the team.
