Job summary

AETOS LLC seeks a Senior Power Platform Developer to design and build enterprise solutions using Power Apps, Dataverse, Power Automate, and Power BI. You will lead development efforts, mentor junior developers, and work closely with DHA customers to translate requirements into scalable technical solutions.

The role emphasizes hands-on delivery, ALM, testing, deployments, and documentation within an Agile environment. US citizenship and security background check clearance are required.

Qualifications

• Six (6)+ years of progressive experience in application development with Power Platform expertise.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Advanced hands-on Power Apps Model-Driven development.
• Deep Dataverse data modeling, forms, relationships, and security configuration.
• Strong Power Automate experience with complex flows and integrations.
• Power BI dashboards, data modeling, DAX, KPIs.
• Canvas Apps and Power Fx experience.
• SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 knowledge.
• SQL and enterprise data sources familiarity.
• Power Platform ALM and solution deployments.
• Experience with customer engagement to translate requirements into solutions.
• Previous Senior/Lead Developer roles and mentoring.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Power Apps Model-Driven applications.
• Configure Dataverse tables, forms, relationships, business rules, and security roles.
• Develop and maintain Power Automate flows supporting complex processes and integrations.
• Design and develop Power BI dashboards and reports, including data modeling and KPIs.
• Develop Canvas Apps and Power Fx as needed.
• Integrate Power Platform solutions with SharePoint, Microsoft 365, SQL, Dataverse, and APIs.
• Develop and maintain SharePoint sites, lists, libraries, permissions.
• Work directly with customers to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Lead development efforts and mentor junior developers.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across apps, workflows, data, and reporting.
• Support Power Platform ALM, testing, deployments, and documentation.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and customer demonstrations.
