Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking a senior Power Platform Architect to design, develop, and govern enterprise-scale solutions on Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Power BI. You will lead architectural sessions, translate business requirements, and drive ALM, security, and governance across Microsoft 365 and Azure ecosystems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; additional 4 years of experience may substitute.
• Expert-level Power Apps (Canvas & Model-Driven) and Power Automate experience.
• Strong Dataverse data modeling and relational data structures.
• Experience developing PCF controls and custom connectors.
• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and React/Angular/Vue.
• Security governance, ALM, and DevOps pipelines experience.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and lead workshops.
• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility or ability to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power Platform solutions.
• Lead architectural discussions and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Implement data models, relationships, and governance across environments.
• Build custom connectors and integrate external systems in M365/Azure.
• Develop PCF controls and extensibility components using JavaScript/TypeScript.
• Establish ALM processes, governance, and security best practices.
• Manage solution lifecycle with source control and DevOps pipelines.
• Perform code reviews, troubleshoot issues, and ensure maintainable solutions.
• Lead workshops and technical discussions with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
• Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior developers.
