We are looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to lead hands-on solution development and mentor two developers. This role suits someone who enjoys building scalable applications, guiding teammates directly in the build, and setting strong development standards across the platform.

Responsibilities

• Develop robust Power Platform solutions, including custom applications, workflow automation, and Dataverse-driven data structures
• Support and coach developers by working directly with them during build and troubleshooting activities
• Architect scalable data models and application frameworks that can grow with organizational needs
• Transform functional requirements into well-designed prototypes and polished, deployable solutions
• Maintain and enhance automation pipelines and data integration processes across the platform
• Introduce shared components, coding patterns, and reusable assets to streamline development
• Oversee solution lifecycle activities such as packaging, version control, and release management

Required Skills

• Advanced hands-on experience with Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, Power Pages, Power Automate, Dataverse, and SharePoint
• Strong foundation in relational data modeling and ERD design
• Working knowledge of governance practices including DLP policies, connector controls, and ALM processes
• A collaborative mindset with the ability to work closely with teammates and cross-functional partners
