Job summary

TrueTandem is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to advance the modernization of federal systems. You will design, build, deploy, and maintain Power Apps, Dataverse, and Power Automate workflows, driving secure, scalable solutions for CDC mission programs.

Work in Agile teams with stakeholders to ensure accessibility and privacy standards. Requires 10+ years of development, 7+ years Power Platform, and US citizenship. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• 10+ years of application development experience.
• 7+ years of Power Platform solution development experience.
• Experience migrating legacy applications to Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, and Azure DevOps.
• Experience leading technical teams and solution delivery.
• US citizen required.
• Experience with Scrum and ticket systems (Azure DevOps or Jira).
• Security, privacy, and accessibility considerations for government solutions.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architecture, data models, integration patterns, and automation strategies.
• Build advanced Power Apps, Dataverse solutions, and Power Automate workflows.
• Guide backlog refinement and technical solutioning activities.
• Modernize legacy applications and business processes.
• Review code, configurations, and solution designs for quality and maintainability.
• Develop Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages.
• Configure Dataverse tables, forms, views, and business rules.
• Create and maintain Power Automate workflows and approvals.
• Migrate legacy processes to Power Platform solutions.
• Participate in requirements analysis, backlog refinement, and sprint planning.
• Support testing and production deployments.
• Prepare technical documentation and knowledge transfer materials.
• Ensure security/compliance per CDC requirements.
