Job summary

TrueTandem is seeking a Senior Power Platform Developer to join our solutions delivery team, helping advance government-related digital modernization.

You will design, build, and deploy Power Apps, Power Automate, and Dataverse models, collaborating with analysts, architects, and project leadership to deliver secure, scalable solutions. A strong background in Azure services, enterprise architecture, and Agile delivery is required, along with mentoring of junior staff and security reviews.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of application development experience.
• 7+ years of Power Platform solution development experience.
• Experience migrating legacy applications built on .NET, C#, and JavaScript to modern PowerPlatform solutions.
• Experience leading technical teams and solution delivery on Scrum projects.
• Strong understanding of enterprise architecture, ALM, and security/compliance.
• US citizenship required.

Responsibilities

• Define solution architecture, data models, integration patterns, and automation strategies.
• Build advanced Power Apps, Dataverse solutions, and Power Automate workflows.
• Guide backlog refinement and technical solutioning activities.
• Modernize legacy applications and business processes.
• Review code, configurations, and solution designs for quality and maintainability.
• Develop Canvas Apps, Model-Driven Apps, and Power Pages.
• Configure and maintain Dataverse tables, forms, views, and business rules.
• Create and maintain Power Automate workflows and approval processes.
• Migrate legacy business processes to Power Platform solutions.
• Participate in requirements analysis, backlog refinement, sprint planning, and solution design.
• Support unit, integration, and user acceptance testing.
• Troubleshoot defects and implement corrective actions. Prepare technical documentation, deployment guides, and knowledge transfer materials.
• Support production deployments, operational maintenance, and release management.
• Ensure solutions meet security, privacy, and Section 508 accessibility requirements.
