CapTech Consulting is seeking a highly skilled professional with extensive experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 to lead impactful transformation projects. You will craft implementation roadmaps, conduct organizational analyses, and provide hands-on support across various Dynamics 365 modules. Your role will involve collaborating closely with clients to ensure optimal configurations and successful deployments.

Qualifications

• 10+ Years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Microsoft Power Platform experience.
• Experience utilizing CCaaS or Omnichannel.
• Experience with hands-on development in Java, Python, or .NET.
• Demonstrated success in leading Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations.
• Expert knowledge of Dynamics 365 capabilities and configuration.

Responsibilities

• Craft and execute a detailed implementation roadmap for Dynamics 365.
• Conduct organizational analysis and optimizations using Dynamics 365.
• Provide hands-on configuration and implementation support.
• Lead deployment of the Dynamics 365 Customer Service module.
• Design and deliver training sessions on Dynamics 365.
