Qualifications

• Proficiency in Microsoft Toolkit and strong computer skills.

• Keep clear records and reports for plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Conduct root cause analysis and prepare management reports.
• Provide primary or backup technical support for plant systems.
• Analyze plant performance data to improve operations.
• Support maintenance, outages, and capital projects.
• Lead on complex projects as technical lead.
• Assist with shop repairs and equipment condition assessments.
• Engage in diagnostic services (vibration analysis, infra-red, etc.).
• Maintain DCS, Mark VI, and Allen Bradley systems; implement approved logic changes.
• Oversee Alarm Management System and coordinate with IT on plant PCs.
• Train Production Techs on DCS/Mark VI/Allen Bradley.
• Assist with project management and relay maintenance.
