Qualifications

• Must have high school or vocational education.
• Must have 4+ years' experience in power plant maintenance or operations, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of utility and industrial facility materials practices preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to plan, organize, and work safely with regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Regularly perform and assist in maintenance and operation of plant equipment.
• Read blueprints, manuals, and related documents for proper operation and repair.
• Operate control rooms and oversee contract personnel when required.
• Maintain safety and housekeeping standards at all times.
• Record, review, and report operational data and logs.
• Work shifts including overtime to maintain plant continuity.
