Job summary

Responsibilities include troubleshooting, performing preventive maintenance, and supporting system improvements while complying with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical/vocational training preferred.
• 10+ years directly related experience including health/safety regulations.
• Experience with machinery repair and control systems; hazardous energy handling.
• Knowledge of chemistry, physics, electricity and mathematics is beneficial.
• Advanced certifications/licensures; valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor equipment, read gauges, and log activities.
• Perform maintenance and repair of mechanical and electrical equipment.
• Conduct chemical analysis and control on steam, cooling and condensate systems; maintain chemistry logs.
• Assist in developing SOPs and plant improvement items to boost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local, state and federal regulations; operate heavy equipment safely.
