Job summary

JE Dunn Construction in Kansas City is seeking an accomplished Engineering Services leader to oversee mechanical, electrical, piping, and fire protection for power plant projects. You will guide technical design, ensure safety, quality, and schedule alignment, and coordinate with design partners, OEMs, and trade contractors.

This senior role requires 10+ years in construction management, a bachelor’s degree in engineering, and a track record delivering large power projects under an EPC style.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering or related field.
• 10+ years construction management experience on major power generation projects.
• Experience leading MEPFP disciplines across project lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership for MEPFP on power sector projects.
• Lead coordination across disciplines and project phases.
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and quality control.
• Support commissioning and handover to owners.
