Job summary

Atlas Energy Solutions Inc. is seeking a Senior Construction Manager to own construction delivery across the full lifecycle for power generation facilities.

You will lead pre-construction planning, site access, real estate, scheduling, and safety, coordinating with engineering and procurement to drive successful turnover to commissioning. This role requires extensive site-based leadership, experience managing multi-building projects, and a strong track record guiding contractors through complex

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Construction Management or related field.
• 15+ years of construction experience on large industrial or power projects.
• 5+ years in a senior construction management role.
• Experience as an owner's representative on projects over $500 million.
• Willingness to be site-based for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Lead pre-construction planning and constructability input.
• Own site access, logistics, and laydown strategy.
• Manage real estate, permits, and staging.
• Lead labor force planning and housing strategy with contractors.
• Coordinate major equipment delivery and turnover to commissioning.
• Report status to Director and leadership.
