The role demands strong judgment, experience in risk management, and a hands‑on approach to complex incidents, including theft and property loss.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in transportation, logistics, risk or asset management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication across levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead escalation management for Power Only Risk incidents.
• Coordinate with Safety, Claims, Operations, Legal, and carriers.
• Oversee asset recovery, incident tracking, and liability assessments.
• Develop weekly reporting on trailer-related incidents and costs.
• Provide guidance and coaching to Power Only Risk Specialists.
• Design training for operations on carrier management and risk mitigation.
