Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a seasoned Risk Solutions Program Manager to lead strategic initiatives across underwriting programs, delegated authority, and capacity management. You will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage project plans, and ensure on-time delivery of complex programs from planning through production launch and steady-state operations.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in insurance program management or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple workstreams with senior leadership.
• Experience with underwriting operations and delegated authority structures.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for Risk Solutions initiatives from planning to operations.
• Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and risk escalation for senior leadership.
• Coordinate portfolio initiatives with production, underwriting, and capacity teams.
• Ensure smooth transitions to steady-state operations with documented workflows.
• Prepare status updates and dashboards for Risk Solutions leadership.
