Job summary

CRC Group is seeking a senior Risk Solutions Program Manager to plan, coordinate, and execute strategic initiatives across assigned platforms. You will own end-to-end program management from planning through production launch and steady-state operations, partnering with underwriting, capacity management, finance, and technology teams.

Ideal candidates have 8–12 years in insurance program management, deep knowledge of delegated authority structures, and strong executive communication skills.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years of experience in insurance program management, underwriting operations, MGA/MGU administration, or related function.
• Familiarity with underwriting, delegated authority, and special placement workflows.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end program management for assigned Risk Solutions initiatives from planning through production launch and operations.
• Coordinate portfolio initiatives, carrier consolidation and leakage capture strategies.
• Manage new program development workstreams translating data and priorities into execution plans.
• Ensure smooth transitions from build to steady-state with documented workflows and trained stakeholders.
