Crusoe is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse, multi-discipline team on major power generation and industrial projects. The role emphasizes lifecycle execution, stakeholder communication, and strong budget and schedule control.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of industrial project leadership, with a track record in >$100MM endeavors, and a willingness to travel to field sites up to half the time.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 7+ years of large project management experience (> $100MM).
10+ years of experience preferred.
Industrial experience in power generation/oil & gas or energy sector.
Expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and develop leaders; strong executive communication.
Analytical, detail oriented, and capable of working independently.
Willingness to travel up to 50% to field locations.
