Job summary
Crusoe is seeking a highly skilled Master Electrician to lead the Manufacturing team. You will oversee the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems in our production facilities, ensuring safety, codes compliance, and high reliability.
The ideal candidate has extensive Journeyman/Master Electrician experience, strong leadership, and the ability to mentor others. This is a full-time, safety-sensitive role with travel up to 100% depending on project needs.
Qualifications
- Valid Master Electrician license and relevant electrical credentials.
- Extensive Journeyman/Master Electrician experience required.
- Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics/blueprints.
- Strong leadership and mentorship capabilities.
- Commitment to safety and OSHA guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Oversee installation of complex electrical systems in manufacturing facilities.
- Diagnose and repair electrical issues with long-lasting solutions.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance programs.
- Ensure code compliance and conduct inspections.
- Interpret blueprints and plan electrical projects in detail.
- Mentor and train other electricians on best practices.
- Promote safety culture and manage project timelines and resources.
