Job summary

Crusoe is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead a diverse, multi-discipline team on major power generation and industrial projects. The role emphasizes lifecycle execution, stakeholder communication, and strong budget and schedule control.

Ideal candidates bring 10+ years of industrial project leadership, with a track record in >$100MM endeavors, and a willingness to travel to field sites up to half the time.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 7+ years of large project management experience (> $100MM).
  • 10+ years of experience preferred.
  • Industrial experience in power generation/oil & gas or energy sector.
  • Expertise in planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Ability to lead cross‑functional teams and develop leaders; strong executive communication.
  • Analytical, detail oriented, and capable of working independently.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% to field locations.

Job description

Crusoe is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Project Manager to join our growing Project Execution team.

Requirements

  • Formal Education & Extensive Experience: Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 7+ years of demonstrable experience in large (>$100MM) project management and execution with a focus on lifecycle execution. 10+ years of experience is preferred.
  • Proven Industrial & Power Generation Experience: Proven track record in industrial environments, with a strong preference for experience in power generation and project execution within the oil and gas or energy sector.
  • Mastery of Project Management Methodologies: Exceptional skills encompassing planning, scheduling, budgeting, cost control, risk management, resource allocation, change management, and stakeholder communication. Demonstrated ability to manage complex power generation and multidiscipline projects from initiation to closeout.
  • Leadership & Team Development: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop cross-functional project teams and direct leaders, including a technical lead and a commercial lead. Experience building high-performing teams and fostering a collaborative, results-oriented environment. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and executive presentation skills.
  • Analytical Rigor & Organizational Acumen: Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Ability to work independently and drive results across teams.
  • Travel Flexibility: Flexibility to travel to field locations up to 50%, or as required.
