Job summary

Oracle is seeking a Senior Construction Manager, Power Infrastructure, to lead large-scale power projects enabling reliable data center operations. You will drive schedules, costs, risks, and coordination with developers and delivery partners to ensure disciplined construction execution that supports growth.

Responsibilities include overseeing construction activities, enforcing standards, managing budgets and change control, and maintaining safety and QA/QC across sites.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in power infrastructure construction management for large-scale or critical projects.
• Strong understanding of schedule, cost, risk, and quality control in construction.
• Excellent communication skills for internal teams, developers, contractors, and executives.
• Proven leadership and problem-solving abilities to handle complex construction challenges.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and review large-scale power infrastructure projects supporting data center developments.
• Enforce standardized construction management practices for safety, quality, schedule, and cost control.
• Manage construction schedules, sequencing with developers and contractors, and address impacts or recovery actions.
• Track budgets, commitments, forecasts, and change activity; escalate cost impacts or trends.
• Identify construction risks, constructability challenges, and coordination gaps; escalate to leadership.
• Monitor QA/QC plans, technical requirements, and applicable codes; close out deficiencies.
• Promote safety practices and ensure Site Specific Safety Plans are followed on sites.
• Coordinate with internal engineering, PM, commissioning, and operations teams and external partners.
• Conduct regular site visits to validate progress, safety, and quality; identify risks.
