Job summary

Oracle in the United States is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead data center builds with colocation providers. You will plan, schedule, and control budgets while ensuring quality and on-time delivery aligned with approved designs.

You will oversee integration of power, cooling, networking, and cabling, drive risk mitigation, manage external vendors, and coordinate across design, construction, and commissioning phases for multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Experience leading data center construction projects or equivalent.
• Strong coordination across internal teams and external partners.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and contracts.

Responsibilities

• Leads construction of data centers with colocation providers to meet scope, on time and within budget.
• Develops project schedules and budgets, coordinating milestones across multiple projects.
• Creates and maintains documentation including design reviews and commissioning papers.
• Implements quality control processes to meet design specs and industry standards.
• Oversees startup and commissioning phases to ensure systems are operational.
• Manages risk identification, mitigation, and tailored solutions for project success.
