Job summary

Oracle US is seeking a Construction Project Manager to lead data center builds with colocation providers, ensuring on-time delivery, budget adherence, and compliance with design specs. You will oversee planning, budgeting, documentation, and commissioning activities, coordinating with vendors and internal teams.

You will drive risk mitigation, manage contracts, and supervise installation of power, cooling, networking, and cabling, while guiding startup and QA processes across multiple projects

Qualifications

• Extensive experience leading construction projects, especially data centers.
• Ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project documentation.
• Experience negotiating contracts with external vendors and contractors.
• Strong risk management and quality assurance capabilities.
• Proven stakeholder communication and vendor coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead data center construction with colocation providers, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and to design specs.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and cost forecasts across multiple projects.
• Oversee QA, commissioning, and startup activities for major data center projects.
• Coordinate design, construction, and tenant fit-out phases to ensure seamless integration.
• Manage contracts and vendor performance to align with approved designs and standards.
