Hewlett Packard Enterprise is seeking a Senior Hardware Power Engineer to design and validate power delivery for advanced hardware systems. The role is on‑site in Sunnyvale, with leadership responsibilities within the Power Systems Development team.

The ideal candidate will have 6+ years in power design, strong schematic and SPICE skills, and experience with PCB layout and Cadence tools. On-site presence 3+ days weekly is expected.

Qualifications

• 6+ years in Power Design Engineering with PE/EE background.
• Experience with schematic capture and simulation tools required.
• Practical PCB layout knowledge for multi‑layer boards a must.
• Ability to lead, mentor, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams.

Responsabilités

• Define design requirements for power delivery and related circuitry.
• Coordinate with Board Level and PCB Layout Engineers through prototyping.
• Lead design reviews, test plans, and validation activities.
• Mentor junior team members and drive new tech initiatives.
