HDR is seeking a Senior Power Generation Project Manager to join our Michigan-based team. You will lead a multi-discipline group, manage complex power projects from development through close-out, and maintain strong client relationships while driving schedules and budgets.

The role requires a PE licence, 10 years of related experience, and 5+ years in project management, with proficiency in MS Office and MS Project. We value leadership and strategic planning in an employee-owned culture.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering is required.
• 10 years related experience required.
• 5+ years project management experience required.
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• MS Office and MS Project experience required; Access is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate work of multi-discipline teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead large, multi-discipline projects with high technical complexity and significant staff.
• Develop strategies, plans and budgets; monitor progress and schedule.
• Maintain client relations and participate in marketing, contractual, and design meetings.
• Coordinate staffing and workload; ensure deliverables meet schedule and budget.
• Oversee QA/QC procedures and mentor other project managers.
