Qualifications

• 15+ years in energy engineering industry with at least 10 years in project management.
• Experience in Thermal Generation projects (Gas/Turbine, Steam Turbine, Reciprocating Engines, BOP).
• Familiar with PMP principles and large multi-discipline programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and implementation of medium to large multi-discipline projects across locations.
• Support business development through scoping, proposals, and contract development.
• Define project scope, schedules, budgets, staffing, and procurement after award.
• Form project teams, assign responsibilities, and ensure execution per schedule.
• Submit documents to authorities for code compliance and obtain permits.
• Manage client interactions to resolve issues and obtain approvals.
