Job summary

Dominion Energy seeks an experienced outage planning professional to lead the planning and scheduling of Power Generation outages. You will develop outage work scopes, coordinate contractor activities, and ensure SAP orders and preventative maintenance tasks are current.

Ideal candidates bring 5-6+ years in maintenance or operations, strong knowledge of outage planning, and familiarity with environmental compliance, SCM, and SAP project tools. Power plant experience is highly valued.

Qualifications

• 5-6+ years maintenance or operations experience.
• Knowledge of outage planning, SAP orders, and outage standards.
• Familiar with environmental laws and ECC interface.
• Understanding of SCM procedures and procurement.
• Knowledge of SAP project management tools desired.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to lead without formal authority and coordinate teams.
• Detail oriented with planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to read P&ID's and equipment specs.
• Power plant outage planning/scheduling experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and organize Power Generation outages.
• Develop outage plans and ensure SAP orders are up-to-date.
• Coordinate contractor outage activities and closeout WO/WN.
• Review preventative maintenance schedules and equipment readiness.
• Prepare detailed outage reports (weekly, monthly, end-of-outage).
• Procure equipment, materials and services per specs.
• Contribute to 5-year outage plans and budgets.
• Support Process Safety Management changes and MOC processes.
