Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Chemical, Mechanical, Control Systems, or related engineering.
- 10+ years in industrial automation or power generation environments.
- Experience leading complex control system projects.
- Strong leadership of technical teams and cross-functional coordination.
- Experience with Schneider Electric Foxboro DCS systems.
Responsibilities
- Lead engineering, design, integration, and commissioning of automation projects.
- Act as technical authority for DCS modernization and lifecycle management.
- Develop control architectures, specs, and detailed design docs.
- Guide multi-disciplinary teams across project phases from concept to commissioning.
- Support proposal development and risk assessments.
