Job summary

Atwell, LLC is seeking a Senior Proposal Marketing Associate to support its Power & Energy practice. This senior role drives strategic proposals across the Central and Eastern time zones, shaping storylines, guiding pursuit delivery, and aligning teams with deadlines.

You’ll translate technical content into compelling content for electric utilities and renewable energy programs. You will work with senior leaders and cross-functional teams to develop win themes, conduct strategy reviews, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Graphic Design, Business, or a related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience supporting Power & Energy, electric utility, or related markets.
• AEC industry experience is required; Power & Energy experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of strategic proposals, SOQs, RFQs, RFPs, and presentations for Power & Energy pursuits.
• Own proposal strategy and execution for complex and high-priority opportunities.
• Partner with Power & Energy leaders, project managers, and business development teams to develop pursuit strategies and client-focused messaging.
• Facilitate go/no-go conversations, proposal kickoffs, strategy meetings, and executive reviews.
