Job Juncture seeks a Product Manager for power and thermal systems to drive product strategy in North America. You will lead customer insights, roadmap planning, and engineering collaboration to grow market share and lifecycle adoption.

The role requires direct engagement with sales, applications, and channels, plus travel to customers and trade events. A strong background in power electronics and thermal management is essential.

Qualifications

• B.S.E. degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of product management for power/thermal solutions preferred.
• Strong technical grasp of power electronics and thermal management technologies.

Responsibilities

• Champion the product internally and with customers, aligning across sales, engineering, and channels.
• Define market needs and GTM strategies to drive business results.
• Build relationships with executive leadership, engineering, and global teams for alignment.
• Lead innovation and influence industry direction through events and partnerships.
