Job summary

Edison Smart® in the United States is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multidisciplinary teams across product engineering, sustaining engineering, and test/validation functions. The role focuses on new product development and improving reliability.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or related discipline.
10+ years of engineering leadership experience.
Strong background in UPS systems, power electronics, battery systems, power conversion, or critical power infrastructure.
Experience leading product development and cross-functional engineering teams.
Proven track record delivering complex electromechanical products from concept through launch.
