You will provide technical leadership, ensure engineering excellence, and deliver programs on time, within scope, and budget. The role requires deep expertise in power electronics, cross-functional collaboration with Program Management, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales,

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
10+ years of systems engineering experience.
5+ years in leadership or people management.
Deep LV/HV architectures and safety standards.
Experience leading cross-functional, global teams.

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a high-performing engineering team.
Provide technical leadership for design, development, validation, and launch.
Ensure compliance with industry standards and customer specs.
Manage multiple engineering programs with budgets and schedules.
Collaborate with Program Management, Operations, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain.
