Methode Electronics in the United States seeks a Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Project Engineering teams and drive development of advanced power systems for automotive, industrial, and aerospace applications.

This role provides technical leadership across the full product lifecycle, from concept through validation and launch, and partners with Program Management, Operations, Quality, Sales, and Supply Chain to ensure customer, quality, cost and timing objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or related technical field.
• 10+ years of systems engineering experience with a proven delivery record.
• 5+ years of leadership or people management experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple engineering programs across LV/HV architectures.
• Provide technical leadership for design, development, integration, and validation of engineering solutions.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, Sales and Supply Chain to meet customer, quality, cost and timing objectives.
