Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in power electronics design and high‑volume manufacturing environments.
• Proven experience leading engineering teams and delivering complex products.
• Technical expertise in UPS systems (line‑interactive, online/double conversion), EMI/EMC design and compliance, AC-DC/DC-DC/DC-AC, and control loop design.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team across hardware, firmware, and systems engineering.
• Manage full lifecycle development of UPS and power conversion systems.
• Ensure projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and meeting cost targets.
• Collaborate with sales, manufacturing, quality, and supply chain to support product execution.
