You will lead design from concept through qualification and release, develop SMPS solutions, and collaborate with customers, suppliers and internal teams worldwide to drive product success while ensuring quality and reliability.

Qualifications

• Experience designing Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS).
• Strong problem-solving and multi-project management abilities.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• C2 proficiency desired in English.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain simulation models for power supply.
• Design, develop, and release SMPS to manufacturing.
• Diagnose complex design, field reliability, and test-yield issues.
• Own the product/system success in end-user applications.
• Collaborate with customers, sales, product management and procurement.
• Manage risk and compliance across accountability areas.
