Job summary

Advanced Energy is seeking a Sr Electronic Engineer for sustaining activities to advance power conversion platforms. You’ll prototype, test, and document design concepts and drive optimization from concept through production transfer.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Electronics and Communications Engineering.
• Experience in switch-mode power supply design and power conversion topologies.
• Proficiency with analog and digital circuit design and PCB layout.
• Familiarity with simulation tools and design validation processes.

Responsibilities

• Technology Solutions and design according to power conversion platform requirements.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure successful technology transfer.
• Conduct circuit breadboarding, power-up, testing and verification of design parameters.
• Develop tools and simulations to evaluate new technologies and margins.
