The role requires 8+ years in power electronics or a master's with 6+ years, with experience in active front-end designs for AC inputs, EMI/EMC, and thermal/magnetic design.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or higher.
• 8+ years in power conversion; or master's with 6+ years.
• Experience designing active front-end for single/three-phase AC inputs.
• Strong EMI/EMC design and isolation knowledge.
• Knowledge of MOSFETs, SiC, GaN and gate drivers.
• Proficiency with LTspice for analog/power circuits.
• Solid control theory background and stability analysis.
• Thermal design and magnetics knowledge.
• Experience with isolated and non-isolated bidirectional topologies.
• Lab instrumentation experience.
• Proven track record taking products from concept to production.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Design, analyze, simulate, prototype, and validate power conversion systems.
• Develop and implement analog/digital control loops.
• Create and maintain product specifications and schematics.
• Conduct design reviews with engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams.
• Support production transition including DFM and test readiness.
• Troubleshoot issues in production and field environments.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
