Endeavour Inc. is seeking a Mechanical Engineer to join a hands-on engineering team developing multi-MW cabinet-type power converters for grid-scale storage and industrial electrification.

You will own mechanical packaging, structural design, thermal-fluid management, and enclosure ruggedization from concept through prototyping and production. You’ll collaborate with electrical, controls, reliability, and manufacturing teams, perform CFD/FEA analyses, create GD&T drawings, and drive DFx

Competenze

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering (PhD a plus).
• 10+ years of industry experience in mechanical design and packaging for power electronics.

Mansioni

• Lead the mechanical packaging and cabinet design of multi-MW industrial cabinets and outdoor-rated power equipment.
• Design, model, simulate and implement advanced thermal dissipation systems including liquid cooling and forced convection.
• Design and pack high-density electronic assemblies, PCBA interfaces, custom magnetic components, and high-voltage/high-current connectors.
• Create detailed 3D CAD models and 2D drawings with GD&T; perform tolerance stack-up analyses; manage BOMs and ECOs in PLM.
• Participate in FMEA and DVP&R activities throughout development and validation.
• Prototype development and lab testing: fabricate prototypes, perform tests, root-cause analysis, and drive hardware revisions.
• Collaborate with design for manufacturability (DFM/ DFA) and work with suppliers to ensure scalable, high-yield production.
