Stormentum Inc. seeks a Principal Power Electronics Engineer to lead hardware design for our modular power conversion platform, serving hyperscale data centers, microgrids, and bidirectional EV charging.

You will own high-power, high-voltage conversion stages, drive topology choices, magnetics, and power-stage architecture from concept through high-volume production. You will guide PCB layout, component selection, and hardware optimization, mentoring the hardware team while collaborating with

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in high-power, high-voltage power electronics design and delivery.
• Experience with end-to-end product development from concept to commercialization.
• Strong background in MMCs, CHBs, and wide-bandgap devices (SiC, GaN).

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and development of modular power electronics conversion stages.
• Own schematic capture and review PCB layout for high-power hardware.
• Develop gate drive and protection circuitry for Si, SiC, GaN devices.
• Lead EMI/EMC design and verification for grid-connected hardware.
