You will optimize efficiency and performance, evaluate emerging technologies, and oversee prototyping and testing in collaboration with hardware and software teams.
The role requires a strong background in power electronics, PCB design, and regulatory knowledge, with an emphasis on delivering high-performance solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Power Electronics, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in power electronics design.
- Strong knowledge of power semiconductors, magnetics, and thermal management.
- Proficiency with simulation tools such as PLECS, SPICE, MATLAB/Simulink.
- Proficiency with Altium for schematic capture.
- Experience with PCB layout and design tools.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulations.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop power electronics systems from concept to production, including converters, inverters, and power supplies.
- Optimize efficiency, reliability, and performance through analysis and simulations.
- Evaluate new technologies to enhance product performance.
- Oversee prototyping and testing, ensuring integration with system components.
