Job summary

RTX is seeking senior-level engineers for the Effector Analog & Power (EAP) Team in the US. You will design, analyze, and validate power conversion and analog circuitry for telemetry and flight termination products, operating with voltages under 1000V and power under 10 kW.

You will lead small teams through design phases from requirements to integration, ensuring schedule adherence and technical quality. A DoD Secret clearance is required.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor’s degree in STEM and 5 years of experience OR an advanced STEM degree.
• Experience with non-isolated converter topologies: buck, boost, buck-boost.
• Experience with analog/digital electronics design and circuit concepts.

Responsibilities

• Design, analyze, simulate, test, and document power conversion and related analog circuitry.
• Lead small teams to schedule, budget, and technical execution.
• Define circuit-level task schedules and guide ECAD drafters on layout and routing.
