You will lead topology development, provide design directions, and coordinate validation with test teams to ensure robust, scalable power electronics solutions.

My team will advance gate-driver concepts, collaborate across global resources, and contribute to Codes and Standards efforts while delivering high‑quality hardware for AC and DC power systems.

Qualifications

• MS/BS/PhD in EE with extensive power electronics experience.
• Strong experience in DC microgrid circuit protection.
• Familiar with Codes and Standards for semiconductor breakers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development of a power electronics technology platform for protection and motor controls.
• Develop power electronics switching topology based on system requirements.
• Provide technical design direction to design engineers and validate with test teams.
• Collaborate with global resources to maintain common platforms and support standards development.
