Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering from an accredited institution
• 3 years of experience in electromechanical component or systems design
• Bilingual with fluency in Spanish and English
• No relocation offered for this position.
• Must be authorized to work in USA
• May require 20% international travel.

Responsibilities

• Lead as the senior Product Line Support Engineer for Eaton's Industrial Circuit Breaker product portfolio, providing technical leadership across design, performance, qualification, compliance, and lifecycle management.
• Drive root cause analysis and corrective actions to resolve product quality, yield, and performance issues.
• Coordinate with manufacturing, quality, supply chain and cross-functional teams to improve product design and manufacturing processes.
• Support VA/VE initiatives to reduce cost while maintaining performance and regulatory compliance.
• Participate in LEAN and EQMS initiatives and ensure documentation and specifications are current.
