The position emphasizes delivering a technology platform for circuit protection across AC and DC systems, with collaboration across global teams and external labs for innovation. Requires extensive EE background and hands-on lab experience.

Qualifications

• MS in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 10+ years related exp.

Responsibilities

• We lead development of a power electronics platform for protection and motor controls.
• We develop switching topologies and provide design direction to engineers.
• We coordinate validation with test engineering and lead design reviews.
• We collaborate with global teams to maintain common platforms.
• We work with Codes and Standards on power electronics related to circuit protection.
